Services and estimates
Descriptions of services on this website are informational. Any price we mention becomes a binding estimate only after we visit your property (or receive photos and details) and confirm the scope in writing.
Scheduling and weather
Recurring lawn service dates may shift because of rain, storms or unsafe conditions. We will reschedule to the next available day and notify you.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due upon completion of the visit. Late payments may pause future service. Accepted methods are shared on your invoice.
Property access and safety
You are responsible for unlocking gates, restraining pets, and marking sprinkler heads or fragile items. We are not liable for damage caused by hidden items that were not marked.
Intellectual property
All text, images and branding on this site are owned by Beauty and Green Garden Services LLC and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.
